Refund policy
Customers may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Solar lighting products must be free of installation marks or physical damage.
Non-returnable items:
- Custom or bulk orders
- Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
Return Process:
- Contact us via E-mail to initiate a return request.
- Ship the item to our designated return warehouse (address provided upon approval).
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
